The Bad Batch Season 2

Wow, it starts strong and dark...

I’m figuring out a way to talk about The Bad Batch without spoiling it so I think for this one I just want to share my non spoiler thoughts. Disney Plus has given us the first two episodes that are around 25 minutes each, a good length I feel for this series. We get a look at a lot of what we saw in the trailer but the immediate feel that I get is it picks back up from the end of season 1 and is really confident in it’s continuing story.

It’s lighter on humour and definitely has a darker feel this season. I am enjoying the story and especially in the second episode I got some Andor feels in terms of caring about a character I knew nothing about before the episode and being concerned for their wellbeing throughout the episode. The second episode in particular is a strong one.

A great start.
